Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional sales with pipeline and quota delivery.
• 3+ years sales management experience.
• 3+ years payments/B2B payments experience.
• Strong independent work capability.
• SFDC proficiency (Salesforce) for Leads/Opportunities/Accounts.
• Excel proficiency for analyses and reports.
• Excellent writing and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel with minimal travel expected.
• Successful background check.
• Proven track record hiring and building new sales teams.
• Experience launching new products as a sales leader or contributor.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Expense Management Account Executives to meet sales goals.
• Co-create and execute sales strategy and provide coaching.
• Hire, train, and develop team; liaise with product team.
• Manage pipeline, ensure coverage, and exceed quotas.
