The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager at our Hudson, WI store to lead a high-performing selling culture and drive strong sales while delivering an engaging customer experience.

You will supervise front-end and service operations, ensure brand standards, and coach the team to meet KPIs with efficient day-to-day execution. Responsibilities include MOD coverage, adherence to SOPs, and driving omni-channel service such as BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, while promoting loyalty

Qualifications

3+ years retail leadership experience.
Experience coaching and developing team members.
Strong customer service orientation and delivery of brand standards.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
Ensure adherence to policies, store conditions and results.
Model and coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive conversions.
Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
