As a Sales Manager at Buck Mason, you’ll support the store manager in our bustling store with a laser focus on sales and the customer experience. You are responsible for driving sales and maximizing profitability within the retail store while having a deep understanding of the impact of retail operations to support driving top level sales and customer service. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to crush store sales targets
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Set and exceed personal and store sales targets, supporting your team every step of the way
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high‑performing sales team, fostering a positive and motivating work environment
• Ensure every customer receives outstanding service, addressing complaints and issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with the store manager to plan and execute promotional activities and events

Base salary range: $50,000–$60,000, with a commission of 2% of your individual sales.
