Job summary

KidStrong Texas is seeking a motivated Lead Sales Specialist to support growth at KidStrong North Austin. This role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, front-desk operations, and community outreach to help families discover the KidStrong experience.

You will work with the General Manager and Assistant GM, handle calls, trials, inquiries, and events, and contribute to a high-energy, growth-oriented center culture with flexible scheduling and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience (fitness or hospitality preferred).
• Excellent communication, strong organization, and high self-motivation.
• Flexible schedule with at least one weekend shift.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound sales efforts (50+ calls per shift) to convert leads into trials and memberships.
• Manage front-desk sales, inquiries, trial check-ins, and follow-ups via calls, emails, and social media.
• Support customer service, issue resolution, and admin duties; uphold center culture and assist in KPIs.
• Contribute to community events and local marketing to grow brand awareness.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Lead Sales Specialist to assist our General Manager and Assistant General Manager in driving center growth, managing member relations, and executing top-tier sales operations.

This role focuses entirely on outbound sales, lead generation, front-desk operations, and community outreach to help families discover the KidStrong experience!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales & Lead Generation:
  • Execute outbound sales efforts (50+ calls per shift) to convert inbound leads into scheduled trials and active memberships.
  • Communicate with prospective parents to explain the KidStrong mission, perform trial vetting, and follow up promptly on inquiries.
  • Manage front-desk sales operations, phone inquiries, trial check-ins, follow-up calls/emails, and social media.
• Operations & Customer Success:
  • Handle customer service requests, resolve member inquiries, and complete administrative duties.
  • Model center culture, maintain high standards, and support team members to foster a positive environment.
  • Assist management in exceeding center sales, operational, and performance targets (KPIs).
  • Support community engagement events and local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience required (outbound phone sales, fitness, or hospitality preferred).
• Communication & Drive: Excellent communication skills, strong organization, and high self-motivation.
• Schedule Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekday shifts and at least 1 weekend shift.
• Software Skills: Basic proficiency in CRM tools.

JOB DETAILS & SHIFTS

• Job Types: Part-time.
• Shift Types: Morning, Mid-Day, Evening, and Weekend rotations.

SCHEDULE & LOCATION

• Schedule: Typically 4 weekdays + 1 weekend shift (dependent on center needs)
• Weekdays: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
• Weekends: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Typically Off: Sunday / Friday
