Job summary

Cochran Cars at Boardman Honda in Youngstown, OH, seeks a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our omnichannel sales team and drive performance across all channels.

You will implement the EXPRESSWAY sales process, optimize customer experience, manage inventory, and collaborate with internal departments and vendors to deliver outstanding service and dealership growth.

• Tech savvy with solid experience in handling internet and phone inquiries

Responsibilities

• Create and implement customer enthusiasm and owner loyalty strategies

• Manage relationships with internal departments and external resources
• Prepare for and conduct departmental meetings to convey information
• Set the vision and philosophy for departmental operations to foster and support dealership customer satisfaction objectives
• Manage new and used vehicle inventory
• Maintain internal control over inventory to prevent theft, vandalism, and lot damage
• Maintain a professional working relationship with vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers
• Contribute to a cohesive dealership team atmosphere, working toward identified dealership goals

#1 Cochran is looking to add to its team of Sales Managers at our Boardman Honda location!!

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of managing a successful and talented sales team. This individual will become proficient in driving an efficient omnichannel customer experience through our all-new, cutting-edge EXPRESSWAY sales process, and will have a thorough understanding of digital commerce and supporting technologies. Additionally, a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer care is critical in this role.
