Job summary

Cochran Cars is seeking an energetic sales professional for our Boardman Chevrolet Showroom. You will build lasting customer relationships, demonstrate vehicles with expertise, and drive sales with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

Experience in automotive sales or commissioned sales is preferred but not required.
Ability to work flexible hours & weekends.
Willingness to quickly learn new inventory offerings.
Strong verbal and written communication with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and create customers for life by asking questions and listening to needs.
Be the vehicle expert and know product options and latest technology.
Conduct high-quality, professional vehicle demonstrations.
Follow up with buyers to generate referrals and repeat business.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
Direct report to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses.
Bring a proactive, positive attitude and your best effort every day.

Responsibilities

Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
Be the vehicle expert. Know the specifics of product offerings, & latest technology
Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of vehicles.
Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day

Qualifications

Previous automotive sales experience preferred or commissioned sales experience preferred, but not required. We love to train!
Available to work flexible hours & weekends
Ready to hit the ground running on learning new inventory offerings
Fantastic communication skills with your customers and internal team members
