Job summary

#1 Cochran Honda Boardman is seeking a professional sales teammate for our Boardman showroom. You will build relationships, guide customers in selecting vehicles, and demonstrate product knowledge with top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but we train as needed.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to guide customers through vehicle selection with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the specifics of product offerings, & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred or commissioned sales experience preferred but not required. We love to train!
• Available to work flexible hours & weekends
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new inventory offerings
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers and internal team members
