Job summary

ServiceMaster is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead revenue growth for our facility cleaning and restoration services. You will drive new business, expand key accounts, and build a high-performing sales team across commercial, industrial, and institutional markets.

You will develop sales strategies, coach reps, manage forecasts, and collaborate with operations to ensure smooth handoffs. A proven B2B sales background, strong negotiation skills, and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in facility services, commercial cleaning, restoration, or related fields.
• 5+ years of sales experience with 2–3 years in a sales management or team leadership role.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and meet or exceed targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
