Homefix is seeking a high-energy field sales leader to own the performance of a developing sales team in the West Chester, PA area. You will recruit, train, and manage in-home sales reps, run appointments, and close deals with real-time coaching in the field.

You will drive revenue, monitor close rates and average tickets, and maintain accountability to maximize results. Competitive compensation includes base/overrides and performance bonuses, with company-provided leads and a clear path to

We operate across Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia (Richmond and Hampton Roads), North Carolina, and Florida. Our West Chester office is our base for southeastern Pennsylvania and the Greater Philadelphia suburbs. We supply the leads, the products, and the installation. You bring the drive.

What You'll Own
