Job description

Our sales team is the heartbeat of the company, and we’re looking for a strong, strategic Sales Manager to lead our growing team of setters and closers. Investor Creator is expanding rapidly, and we need a sales manager to join our team! If you're proactive, people-oriented, and love connecting with potential clients, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Position Overview:

The Sales Manager is responsible for hiring, training, managing, and holding accountable a team of appointment setters and acquisition specialists (closers). Your job is to ensure the pipeline flows — that leads are qualified properly, appointments are set consistently, and deals are being negotiated effectively.

You’ll serve as both a coach and an accountability partner, ensuring the team performs at a high level while staying aligned with company values and vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee daily performance of setters and closers
  2. Review call recordings, provide coaching, and roleplay regularly
  3. Monitor KPIs for calls, contacts, appointments, and contracts
  4. Maintain clear and consistent reporting to leadership
  5. Onboard, and train new sales team members
  6. Build and refine scripts, objection handlers, and sales processes
  7. Enforce accountability with energy, clarity, and fairness
  8. Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations to optimize lead flow and deal flow
What We’re Looking For:
  1. Proven experience managing sales teams (real estate preferred but not required)
  2. Deep understanding of inside sales dynamics — especially appointment setting and closing
  3. Strong leadership and coaching ability — can motivate without micromanaging
  4. Data-driven decision-making and comfort using KPIs to manage performance
  5. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
  6. Experience with CRMs (e.g. GHL, Salesforce)
  7. Comfortable working remotely and managing virtual teams
