Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team. This remote role requires residency within the Washington D.C. market. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical recruiting, sourcing top tech talent, and building relationships with leading technology companies.

Responsibilities:

• Source, attract, and engage top technical talent across various platforms
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Utilize social media, networking, and other channels to identify potential candidates
• Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills and cultural fit
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with all parties
• Stay updated on industry trends and talent market conditions
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical recruiting or sourcing in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions
