We are offering residual income to any sales person that wants to bring these extra service to their existing client list.

Job Description

Always On Call Labor (AOCL) provides skilled labor for restoration projects nationwide. We’re expanding and seeking experienced B2B sales professionals with existing networks in sectors like property management, healthcare, education, hospitality, event services, construction, government, logistics, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Source and close new B2B clients for our labor services.

Leverage existing industry connections to identify opportunities.

Work autonomously while collaborating with our internal operations team.

Use our proprietary internal app to manage communications and job logistics.

Ideal Profile

Proven success in commission-only or 1099 sales roles.

Deep, active network in at least one of our target industries.

Knows how to hunt – not just maintain accounts.

Comfortable closing deals without corporate hand-holding.

Restoration industry experience a plus, not mandatory.
