Regional Sales Manager – Montana Market (Remote + Travel)

Veridea Group is seeking a driven, boots-on-the-ground Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across our hotels in Bozeman, Helena, and Kalispell, MT — including Hilton and Marriott-branded properties.

This role is all about finding new business, crafting winning proposals, and driving results. You won’t be buried in admin — you’ll have a Sales Coordinator to support you — so you can stay focused on what you do best: selling.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively pursue new group, catering, and corporate business across the region

• Build and grow a network of local, regional, and national clients

• Send strategic, compelling proposals to win business

• Represent the hotels at networking events, tradeshows, and client meetings

• Follow up with urgency, negotiate deals, and close confidently

• Be present in your markets — make calls, visit businesses, knock on doors

• Maintain a healthy pipeline and CRM tracking to support your sales strategy

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hotel sales experience (group or volume business strongly preferred)

• Familiarity with Hilton and Marriott systems; Delphi experience a plus

• Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

• Strong communication skills and sales instincts

• Willingness to travel frequently throughout Montana

• Base salary up to $100,000, depending on experience

• Up to 20% annual bonus based on performance
