Job summary

GigaDevice Semiconductor Inc. seeks a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead MCU business development for Apple from California.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to drive design wins and revenue growth from zero to >$50M, in a high-volume consumer electronics environment.
  • Deep understanding of Apple’s business model, development cadence, and internal dynamics.
  • Technical proficiency to engage with Apple’s engineering teams on MCU use cases and system-level tradeoffs.
  • Expertise in using CRM tools for opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Comfortable operating in a resource-constrained, entrepreneurial environment with a bias for execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own the sales strategy and execution for the MCU business at Apple.
  • Build, manage, and expand high-level relationships across Apple’s engineering, procurement, and executive teams to drive product adoption.
  • Drive sample-to-design-win conversion through technical engagement and alignment with Apple’s road map, coordinating with FAE and technical marketing teams.
  • Maintain a high-quality opportunity pipeline and forecast in the CRM system with visibility into Apple’s design and production schedules.
  • Provide detailed insight into Apple’s design cycles, qualification timelines, and volume ramp plans.
  • Monitor and respond to competitive threats, positioning Apple’s value proposition in performance, cost, and supply assurance.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with product, operations, and executive teams to support evolving requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings and QBR materials specific to Apple’s business and growth.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Sales Manager to lead the MCU business development efforts at Apple, one of our most critical and demanding customers. Based in California, this role requires deep experience in semiconductor sales, a strong technical understanding of microcontrollers, and a proven ability to navigate and grow complex relationships within large, multi-stakeholder organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and own the sales strategy and execution for the MCU business at Apple
  • Build, manage, and expand high-level relationships across Apple’s engineering, procurement, and executive teams to drive product adoption.

  • Technical proficiency to effectively engage with Apple’s engineering teams on MCU use cases, performance tradeoffs, and system-level design choices.
  • Expertise in using CRM tools for opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Comfortable operating in a resource-constrained, entrepreneurial environment with a bias for execution.
