We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Sales Manager, North America to work remotely and serve as a leader on the growing clinical sales team.

A Day in the Life:

Step into a high-impact leadership role where your experience, strategy, and drive will help shape the future of clinical diagnostics. At Advanced Instruments, the Clinical Sales Manager will lead the expansion of our specialty product portfolio across North America, helping hospitals and reference labs adopt cutting-edge tools like the GloCyte Automated Cell Counter, Artel Liquid Handling Verification Systems, and Anoxomat Anaerobic Jar System.

This role is ideal for a collaborative, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-moving environments, excels at opening new markets, and is passionate about developing high-performing teams that consistently exceed expectations.

What You’ll Do

Market Expansion:

  • Build and lead a high-performance team focused on new customer acquisition
  • Develop strong relationships with clinical leaders, including key opinion leaders (KOLs)
  • Drive adoption, expansion, and standardization of specialty products within hospital systems
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks
  • Partner with Product Management to share customer insights and influence innovation
  • Set clear KPIs and guide the team to exceed performance goals
  • Lead a reliable, accurate forecasting process and consistently deliver strong sales results
  • Create and refine sales playbooks that support new customer conversion
  • Strengthen customer loyalty through retention strategies that drive long-term value
  • Collaborate on impactful, ongoing sales training with Product Management
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and compliance
  • Motivate and support your team by working alongside them in the field
  • Foster a collaborative culture that values innovation and continuous improvement
  • Maintain strong cross-functional communication to enhance the customer experience
  • Mentor and coach sales team members to support their professional growth

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration

What You Bring

  • Proven success in selling capital equipment, consumables, and services to clinical customers
  • Demonstrated experience driving adoption, expansion, and standardization within large hospital networks
  • 10+ years of experience managing field and inside sales teams
  • A strong track record of value-based selling and market development
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms like Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
