2.The Opportunity:
This role will help build Attom’s North American commercial presence and drive new business development across the data center and AI infrastructure ecosystem.
The successful candidate will have significant ownership of regional market development, strategic accounts, sales pipeline, partnerships, and full-cycle sales execution. The role offers direct exposure to our U.S. CEO and global leadership team.
3.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the North American sales strategy for Attom’s liquid cooling and thermal management solutions.
- Identify, develop, and close opportunities with hyperscalers, colocation providers, server OEMs, AI infrastructure companies, enterprise data centers, and channel partners.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, customer discovery, solution presentations, proposals, proof-of-concept projects, commercial negotiations, and closing.
- Build relationships with data center executives, facility leaders, engineering teams, IT decision-makers, and procurement stakeholders.
- Work closely with technical, R&D, manufacturing, and delivery teams to develop customer-specific solutions.
- Build and maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts through CRM.
- Gather customer and competitor insights to support product positioning and North American go-to-market planning.
- Represent Attom at customer meetings, industry events, and partner activities.
4.Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of B2B sales, business development, or strategic account experience in data center cooling, critical power, thermal management, IT infrastructure, or related technical solutions.
- Demonstrated success developing new accounts and closing complex, solution-based sales.
- Familiarity with liquid cooling technologies such as CDUs, direct-to-chip cooling, cold plates, or rear-door heat exchangers, or with precision cooling systems such as CRAC, CRAH, and chillers.
- Existing relationships with data center operators, hyperscalers, colocation providers, server OEMs, AI companies, engineering firms, or channel partners are highly preferred.
- Strong commercial communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial, cross-functional, and international environment.
- Willingness to travel based on customer and business requirements.
