Job summary

Stonecrest Honda in Stonecrest, GA is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Manager to lead a high-volume sales team. You will train, motivate, and manage performance while ensuring top-tier customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.

We offer up to $200K+ in annual compensation for top performers, plus Hudson Academy, 10 PTO days, medical/dental/vision and life insurance, 401k, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of high-volume automotive Sales Manager experience.
• Proven track record of delivering on goals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Excellent leadership and ability to develop a top performing sales team.
• Ability to facilitate deals through the entire lifecycle of the sales process.

Qualifications:

• High-volume, dealership, Sales Manager experience with a proven track record of success (3-5 Years of experience required).

• Ability to facilitate a deal throughout the entire lifecycle of the sales process.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
