• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Being bilingual is not required but is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our two locations.
• Drive dealership profitability, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and finance revenue.
• Assist customers through a professional, transparent vehicle buying experience.
• Build strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct vehicle walk arounds, test drives and deliveries.
• Follow up on floor, phone, and internet leads.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement promotional campaigns and events.

We are a family owned and operated independent used car dealership is looking for a bright, enthusiastic and motivated individual to:

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our two locations
• Drive dealership profitability, revenue growth, and operational efficiency
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and finance revenue
• Assist customers through a professional, transparent vehicle buying experience
• Build strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
