Sames Motor Co., Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead and develop the sales department. The role focuses on driving profitability, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, a proven track record in high-volume auto sales, and proficiency with CDK, CRM, and related tools. Bilingual English/Spanish is required, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive sales management experience.
• Proficiency with CDK, CRM, and other tools.
• Some college or college degree preferred.
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• A current, valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and manage sales department staff with special attention to managing customer traffic via a CRM tool.
• Monitor customer demand and maintain an inventory that mirrors the demand.
• Develop department profitability and necessary productivity to achieve the required volume, levels of sales, gross profit and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of cooperation with other department managers.
• Ability to respond to all personality types with professionalism.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Recruit, train and manage sales department staff with special attention to managing customer traffic via a CRM tool.
• Monitor customer demand and maintain an inventory that mirrors the demand.
• Develop department profitability and necessary productivity to achieve the required volume, levels of sales, gross profit and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of cooperation with other department managers.
