Carlock Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Tupelo is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our franchise dealership sales team. If you are energetic, competitive, and proven in delivering exceptional customer service, you will guide the team to exceed targets and maintain high CSI.

You will forecast sales, manage profitability, and collaborate with Marketing to craft strategies. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and professional presence in a busy automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in dealer management.
• Passionate about customer retention and CSI in Sales.
• Experience, education and prior sales training are a PLUS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the sales team to achieve top performance and targets.
• Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits.
• Collaborate with sales staff and managers to set and pursue goals.
• Create a positive sales culture and a team atmosphere emphasizing employee retention.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and keep the team engaged.
• Maintain a balanced inventory of new and used vehicles.
• Work with Marketing on strategies to meet dealership goals.
• Play an active role in the community.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with each salesperson & manager to work on specific goals and objectives that are set and established.

• Conduct Sales meetings.
• Maintain a balanced inventory in new and used sales.
• Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy that can help the dealership meets it goals in sales.
