Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed established location sales quotas.
• Ensure Sales Counselors use training methodologies and comply with policies.
• Provide ongoing sales instruction and coaching for Sales Counselors.
• Manage Sales Counselors as primary reference for aftercare, prospecting, product knowledge, and closing skills.
• Develop marketing programs to increase market share and awareness.
• Review contracts for compliance and approve discounts.
• Maintain marketing materials, sales tools, and sales rooms to project a professional image.
• Prepare reports demonstrating financial controls and compliance.
