Job summary

Subaru South Charlotte in Pineville, NC is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and exceed quotas. You will hire, train, and motivate staff, manage the sales process, and ensure excellent customer service.

• CDK/eLead experience is helpful.

• High-energy, positive, and able to drive sales and produce results.
• Finance experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and assist the sales team in closing deals
• Lead, motivate and coach the sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Monitor/manage the sales team's progress and performance
• Engage with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business
• Help manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory lot
• Create annual forecast and budget for new car department
• Understand dealership operations including all aspects of sales and finance
