Our client is a well-established, family-owned contract manufacturing company with over 40 years of experience. They are ISO certified, invest heavily in new technology and machinery, and focus on providing high-quality service to a diverse customer base. They are seeking a strategic and driven Outside Sales Manager to expand their sales reach and continue to grow the business.

Job Description:

The Outside Sales Manager will report directly to the General Manager and be tasked with:

Driving new business with high-volume clients, focusing on long-term relationships and strategic selling.
Managing and growing existing customer accounts and identifying opportunities for increased business.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in contract manufacturing, steel, other raw materials.
Established network of contacts within relevant manufacturing industries.
Strong attention to detail, communication and negotiation skills.

Location: This is an Outside Sales role where candidates will report to an office 1 day a week and must be comfortable spending 3 days in the field, covering a Central Ohio Region, with potential for occasional travel to larger clients nationwide.
