Job summary

Keystone Fence Supply Co is seeking a Sales Manager to provide leadership to sales efforts and drive continued growth in Pennsylvania. The role oversees the sales process from start to finish, uses data to inform decisions, and implements a comprehensive sales strategy to meet aggressive targets.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in sales and leadership, plus experience in construction, agriculture, or related industries is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven success in sales, account management, or business development.
• Demonstrated leadership experience including developing people/teams.
• An understanding of construction, agriculture, building supply or related industries, a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems, required; The ability to advance and leverage technology for efficiencies, strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated community involvement, desired.
