Job summary

Toyota West Mobile in Mobile, AL is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team. You will recruit, train, and coach high-performing sales professionals, set ambitious targets, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from first contact to delivery.

The role emphasizes hands-on showroom leadership, strategic planning, and rigorous performance management to drive new and used vehicle sales and overall profitability.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and manage a high performing sales team.
• Desk deals, track revenue logs, and manage retail delivery reports.
• Provide ongoing coaching, support, and development to improve individual and team results.
• Set a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profit.
• Support the sales team in the showroom, assisting with customer interactions and closing deals.
• Manage the negotiation process with the sales team to ensure customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.
• Appraise vehicles for trade.
• Maintain a positive and customer-focused sales process from start to finish.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
