We’re not looking for a traditional “desk manager.” We’re looking for a dynamic, energetic leader who thrives on the showroom floor, engages directly with customers and sales staff, and drives results through active involvement.

About the Role:

As our Automotive Sales Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the sales department—managing by walking around, leading with enthusiasm, and setting the tone for a high-performance culture. You’ll be expected to close deals, coach your team in real time, and ensure every customer experience is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively lead and support the sales team throughout the day—not from behind a desk
