Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, ensuring every detail is completed.
• Maintain a well-trained sales floor and uphold standards.
• Resolve sales conflicts promptly and professionally.
• Manage disciplinary actions as directed by company guidelines.
• Observe staff to coach a high-performing team.
• Assist with pre-hiring surveys, interviews and staffing decisions.
• Lead staff in setting up new sales events.
• Participate in management meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain punctuality and regular attendance; perform other duties as assigned.

Primary duties for the Sales Manager

• Open and close the store ensuring every detail has been accomplished
• Keep the sales floor maintained with well trained Sales Associates who uphold our standards
• Handles sales conflicts in a timely manner with the goal to resolve
• Handles all disciplinary actions as set by the company guidelines
• Observes sales staff to better coach a successful staff
• Pre-hiring surveys, interviewing, and hiring to meet staffing requirements
• Direct the staff in setup of new sales events
• Take part in the training of new sales associates
• Participates in management meetings
• Requires punctuality and regular attendance
• All other duties as assigned
