Job summary

Quirk Auto Dealerships in Manchester, NH is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will guide the sales process, establish relationships with customers, and collaborate with marketing and finance to align strategies with business goals.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of automotive sales leadership experience, a proven track record of meeting targets, and strong CRM and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the automotive industry.
• Successful completion of a background check, including but not limited to, a criminal record check, physical and drug screen and motor vehicle records check (if applicable to position).

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, features, warranties, and available services.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results.
• Work through all current finance processes, including lease structures, lender approvals, and financing options.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Audit and approve all trade-in vehicle appraisals to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Quirk Auto Dealerships is seeking an experienced Sales Manager. In this role you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the sales process, developing strategic sales initiatives and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record in automotive sales leadership with a focus on building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the team is motivated and equipped to meet the company's sales objectives.

Key Required Proficiencies
