Quirk Auto Dealerships in Manchester, NH is hiring a Deal Expeditor to support the sales team by submitting deals to banks, verifying documents, and coordinating funding with lenders.

You will handle digital signings, follow up on missing paperwork, and assist with overflow customers, aiming to keep the sales process smooth and compliant. The role is full-time, in-person, with benefits and opportunities for career growth within the Quirk dealer network.

Responsibilities

• Submitting deals to the banks, break down deals
• Ensure accuracy and Authenticity of every transaction
• Signing up customer digitally, docu-sign customers
• Answering incoming calls, follow up calls w/customers on missing documentation
• Work on trouble deals
• Obtain insurance binders
• Helping w/overflow customers in the sales process
• Follow up with finance lender for finalized funding of transactions.

Key Required Proficiencies

• Submitting deals to the banks, break down deals

Qualifications
