Job summary

Quirk Auto Dealerships in Dorchester, MA is hiring automotive salespeople who are inspired and motivated to succeed. If you have automotive sales experience, join a team focused on relationships with customers and staff as well as the surrounding communities.

You will be expected to actively ask for the sale, build a loyal customer base, and identify each buyer’s vehicle needs and budget. A flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to ask for the sale and handle customer requests.
• Build a personal customer base that generates repeat and referral business.
• Identify each customer’s needs, preferences, budget, and vehicle requirements.
• Ability to recover quickly from setbacks.
• Strong negotiation skills (preferred).
• Prior sales experience is a plus.
• Clean driving record (preferred).
• Prior experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn; flexible schedule; available days, nights, and weekends.
