Yutka Fence is seeking a Sales Manager to lead its sales department with integrity and a customer-first approach, ensuring a high-performing, efficient operation from initial contact through installation.

You will own the sales process, coach and onboard the team, manage leads and forecasting, monitor KPIs, and develop strategic partnerships across departments to sustain revenue growth and protect the customer experience.
