Job summary

Metra Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead North Florida, the Panhandle, and Alabama. You’ll call on electrical distributors, contractors, and key accounts, promoting our manufacturers and driving growth across the territory.

Ideal candidates will have deep electrical industry experience, a proven ability to build relationships, and a proactive, self-motivated approach. Travel is required to meet customers and develop opportunities in the field.

Responsibilities

• Make in-person sales calls on electrical distributors, contractors, and key accounts.

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan with targets and follow-through.
• Grow existing accounts and uncover new opportunities in the region.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and manufacturer partners.
• Represent Metra’s name and reputation in the field.

We’re growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated Sales Manager to lead across North Florida, the Florida Panhandle, and Alabama.

What You’ll Do

• Make consistent, in-person sales calls on electrical distributors, contractors, and key accounts
• Promote and sell the manufacturers we represent, positioning their products as the right solution for your customers
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan with clear targets, priorities, and follow-through
• Grow existing accounts and uncover new opportunities across your region
• Build lasting relationships with customers and manufacturer partners
• Represent Metra’s name and reputation in the field
