Job summary

FITWORKS in Highland Heights, OH seeks a Club Sales Manager to drive revenue across membership, training, rehab and wellness services. You will coach the sales team, set goals, build daily club reports, track leads in the CRM, and cultivate corporate memberships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive multiple revenue streams for your Club including membership, personal training, rehab and recovery services, wellness services, corporate memberships, and POS sales.
• Assigns individual sales goals for team based on Club goals and creates a roadmap to achieving success.
• Build daily Club reports and hold people accountable
• Track leads, guests, and interface with CRM daily
• Coaches and develops new team members for those that may be struggling.
• Ensures cleanliness of Club
• Cultivate customer relationships, including Corporate memberships
• Responsible for sales hiring/termination.
