Genesis Health Clubs in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Health Club Sales Manager to lead a high-performance sales team, drive member engagement and grow revenue.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, memberships, services, promotions, and staff, while ensuring excellent customer service and a safe, clean facility.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage and motivate others.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills.
• CPR Certification.
• Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team with personal lead generation, appointment setting and personal sales
• Teach and train sales team members to be successful in prospecting and sales efforts
• Help maintain gym operational budget
• Assist with membership sales and promotions
• Build long-term member and vendor relationships
• Provide a high-level of customer service to all members and effectively resolve issues
• Ensure gym systems and processes are followed
• Assist in the hiring, training, and scheduling of all gym staff
• Enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring facility is clean and safe
