Job summary

FITWORKS in Parma, OH is seeking a Fitness Sales Team Member to join a fast-paced club environment. You will engage members, promote services, and drive membership sales while delivering welcoming, high-energy service.

You will handle outbound and inbound inquiries, support front-of-club operations, and contribute to the club's goals through personal training and wellness solutions. This role offers full-time hours with commissions.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high energy, fast paced, welcoming atmosphere for all FITWORKS members.
• Meet and exceed key performance sales indicators, including membership sales and retention, personal training and rehab and wellness solutions.
• Outbound sales calls with prospects originated by lead generation software.
• Direct incoming inquiries via phone, e-mail and text.
• Maintain a clean working environment and assist in sanitation efforts as needed.
• Monitor inventory needs throughout the Club.

  • Monitor inventory needs throughout the Club.
