Mr. Greens Produce Inc in Central Florida is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team. You will direct account strategies, analyze data, and identify new markets to grow profitability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in business or equivalent leadership experience, plus 3–5 years in food/produce sales. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Business Administration, or related field, OR comparable record of sales leadership experience.
• At least three to five years of food/produce sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to the sales team and motivates to meet quotas.
• Reviews and analyzes sales data to project sales and profitability.
• Identifies new markets and directs sales efforts to meet targets.
• Assigns territories and sets sales quotas for teams.
• Consults with customers to understand needs and suggests products/services.
• Resolves issues affecting sales operations and collaborates on strategies.
• Prepares and monitors sales budgets and expenses.

Mr. Greens is Hiring a Sales Manager for Central Florida

Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Florida. With deliveries 365-days a year, 7-days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets.

Accountabilities

• Provides leadership to the sales team.
• Motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met.
• Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
• Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
• Assigns territories and sets quotas for sales teams.
• Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.
• Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
• Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
• Prepares sales budget; monitors and approves expenses.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
