We’re seeking a Sales Manager to lead, coach and grow a high-performing in-home services sales team. Reporting directly to the President, this is your chance to shape a team that will drive the company's ambitious growth plans and be very well rewarded for it.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and developing an in-home sales team to consistently achieve revenue targets
• Implementing coaching routines, performance reviews, and development pathways

  You’ll need:

  • 6+ years’ proven sales management experience (home services preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to coach individuals into reliable top performers
  • Financial acumen to manage pricing, margins & performance metrics
  • Energy, accountability, and the drive to lead from the front
  • A positive mindset, commercial thinking, resilience, and a customer centred approach
  • Strong command of CRM systems, performance reporting, and sales enablement tools.

  Location:

  Based in Raleigh or Fayetteville, NC with regular in-office time for team coaching, meetings, and culture-building.
