Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Dallas/Fort Worth for a Texas-based leading packaging manufacturer. The role leads and motivates a sales team to exceed quotas and deliver value to customers. You will set territories, coach reps, and drive best practices across the group.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in packaging sales, proven leadership, and strong negotiation skills. This on-site role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a track record of meeting or surpassing targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales (packaging manufacturing).
• Prior experience leading a sales team.
• Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship development skills.
