Job summary

AS AND CLEANINGS in Cleveland, OH is seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and expand our presence in the cleaning industry. You will close new business, nurture client relationships, and align sales initiatives with operations for exceptional service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales management, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM software and MS Office. A track record of meeting quotas is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales management or senior sales experience.
• Experience in cleaning, facilities management, or service industry is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and targets.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business accounts in the residential and/or commercial cleaning market
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize individual and team performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Track and analyze sales metrics, pipeline activity, and KPIs using CRM tools
• Collaborate with operations and management to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and growth strategies to leadership
