Job summary

AS AND CLEANINGS is looking for a motivated Team Lead/Floater to join our Cleveland cleaning crew. You will guide team members, ensure quality standards, and step in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.

In this fast-paced role, you will travel between multiple sites, train new staff, and coordinate with supervisors to meet schedules and supply needs while upholding our commitment to cleanliness and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support cleaning team members across residential and/or commercial job sites
• Float between locations and teams as needed to ensure adequate staffing and coverage
• Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing
• Monitor and enforce quality control standards on every job
• Train and mentor new team members on cleaning techniques and company procedures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding scheduling, supply needs, and team performance
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used and maintained

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support cleaning team members across various residential and/or commercial job sites
• Float between locations and teams as needed to ensure adequate staffing and coverage
• Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing
• Monitor and enforce quality control standards on every job
• Train and mentor new team members on cleaning techniques and company procedures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding scheduling, supply needs, and team performance
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used and maintained

Requirements:

• Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between multiple job sites in the Cleveland, OH and Surrounding cities area
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Must have extreme open availability
