Marks Cleaning Service is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to grow our commercial cleaning business across Northeast Ohio, including Medina. This full-time role emphasizes prospecting, meetings with potential clients, and building lasting relationships.

You will drive new business with a focus on delivering exceptional service and results. The position offers a competitive base salary negotiable by experience, uncapped commissions, and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred (B2B is a plus).
• Commercial cleaning or facility services experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making cold calls and generating new business.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and persuasive personality.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Mark's Cleaning Service is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to help grow our commercial cleaning business throughout Northeast Ohio. If you enjoy building relationships, meeting new people, and creating opportunities, we'd like to hear from you.

This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable prospecting for new business. Previous sales experience is preferred, and experience in the commercial cleaning or facility services industry is a plus.
