RenewaSkin Spa is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our in-spa sales operations, focusing on upselling and cross-selling treatment packages and skincare products. You will drive revenue by increasing average ticket values and conversion rates while building long-term client programs through consultative selling.

The ideal candidate will turn single treatments into comprehensive care plans and position skincare products as essential parts of the client journey.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Sales Manager or senior sales role in aesthetic/w spa or high-ticket retail sales.
• Strong upselling and cross-selling track record with a consultative selling approach.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the in-spa sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Drive upselling of treatment packages, premium services, and add-ons.
• Drive cross-selling of skincare products and post-treatment care solutions.
• Ensure every consultation includes a complete treatment plan and product recommendation.
• Increase average ticket value and conversion rate through sales strategies.
• Coach and train the sales team on consultative selling techniques.
• Monitor KPIs such as revenue, close rate, average ticket size, and product sales.
• Maintain ethical, client-focused, and solution-based selling practices.
• Collaborate with clinical and spa teams to align offerings and goals.
• Handle escalated client concerns professionally.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and performance summaries.
• Support onboarding and continuous development of sales staff.

Pay: $3,000 per month base + commission

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 4 days per week (1 Sunday + 3 weekdays), 8–10 hours per day
