RenewaSkin Spa is seeking a driven Sales Manager for our luxury aesthetics and wellness brand. This role, based at a single Nashville spa location, focuses on face-to-face sales, client relationship building and delivering premium experiences.

You will educate spa guests on treatments and skincare solutions while driving revenue through thoughtful recommendations, modeling high sales performance in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, client relations, or a customer-facing luxury or service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in presenting services and recommending premium offerings.
• Ability to work toward individual sales goals in a performance-driven setting.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable working under a W9 / 1099 Independent Contractor arrangement and responsible for own taxes.

Responsibilities

• Engage spa guests and provide personalized consultations on aesthetic treatments and skincare products
• Drive in-spa revenue through upselling and cross-selling of services, packages, and retail products
• Build strong relationships with returning clients to encourage repeat visits and package upgrades
• Collaborate closely with estheticians, nurses, and front desk staff to ensure a seamless client experience
• Meet daily and monthly individual sales targets
• Maintain a professional presence that reflects a luxury brand environment
• Accurately document sales activities and client interactions as required

Base Pay: $3,000 per month plus commission
