Job summary

Integrity Health Plan is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead a team of independent sales professionals across the country. You will coach, support, and train agents to reach production goals while building strong client relationships.

The role offers remote work with national coverage and access to a wide carrier network to meet client needs. You will guide agents through presentations, applications, and ongoing sales activities while maintaining regulatory compliance.

• Willingness to obtain life license if not currently licensed.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead, coach, and support a team of independent sales professionals. This role focuses on helping agents develop their sales skills, reach their production goals, and build strong client relationships.

We are partnered with over 25 industry-leading carriers, giving our agents access to a wide range of products designed to meet their clients' needs.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and support sales agents
• Help agents set and achieve sales and production goals
• Provide ongoing sales training and guidance

Qualifications

• Sales or sales management experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coach, motivate, and support sales professionals
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills
• Goal-oriented with the ability to track and improve sales performance
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to work remotely

Compensation

• 100% commission-based with performance incentives
• No cap on income
• Monthly bonuses paid on the 15th
