Job summary

The Weiner Group seeks a Sales Manager to lead a team of independent sales professionals across the United States. You will coach agents, help them set and reach production goals, and build strong client relationships through guidance and strategic training.

With access to products from over 25 carriers, you will help agents meet client needs with life insurance, retirement solutions, and financial services.

Qualifications

• Sales or sales management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and support sales professionals.
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to track and improve sales performance.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to work remotely.
