Red Rock Ford of Dickinson, located in Dickinson, ND, is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned and new vehicle sales teams. You will oversee inventory, drive sales performance, supervise staff, and enhance customer satisfaction in a family-owned dealer group.

Job Description:

Red Rock Ford of Dickinson, located in Dickinson, ND,is currently hiring an Automotive Sales Manager to join our growing family-owned dealer group. The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the pre-owned vehicle sales department which includes inventory management, sales performance results, employee supervision, training, and customer satisfaction in the pre-owned and new vehicle sales department. Only individuals with Automotive Sales or Management experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for improving sales and operations which requires a willingness to change with the evolving nature of the car business


• Able to function effectively with various automotive software programs

• Trains and Supervises sales team


• Sets schedules and motivates sales team
