Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Sales Management Training Program in Northern Delaware, with offices in Wilmington, New Castle, Newark, Bear or Middletown. The MT will learn the business from day one, becoming the face of the company to customers while developing operations and leadership skills.

You will complete a structured program with mentoring and a path to branch leadership, focusing on sales, customer service, and business development, with a target annual compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 months of cumulative experience within the last 5 years in Sales & Customer Service, Leadership, or Sports Leadership.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one in the Sales Management Training program.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise Mobility to customers and partners; develop branch leadership skills.
• Assist in building and maintaining customer relationships and growing the business.
