Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Sales Management Training Program based in Southern Delaware (Dover, Georgetown, Rehoboth, Milford). You’ll start in a structured MT role with a clear career path toward branch leadership, customer success, and growth opportunities.

The program provides hands-on mentoring, training across sales, marketing, finance, and operations, and a culture of promotion from within. Eligible candidates have a bachelor's degree and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have 6 months of cumulative experience within the last 5 years in sales, customer service, leadership, or related areas.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be living in Southern Delaware within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one in the Sales Management Training program at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle on‑site operations.
• Develop your leadership skills to eventually run a branch and grow the team.
• Receive mentoring and hands‑on training across sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
