Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. You will start learning our business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing hands-on expertise in operations, sales, and customer service.

Through mentoring and a structured curriculum, you will master skills in finance, marketing, and leadership, with a clear path toward running your own branch. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in Sales & Customer Service or Leadership activities.
• Available to work an average of 46 hours per week.
• Strong interest in working in a sales environment.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle operations.
• Develop skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
