Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in the United States. You’ll start as a MT at a neighborhood branch and learn the business from day one, serving customers and partners while handling operations behind the scenes.

You will be mentored to eventually run your own location, grow the business, and build your team. The program emphasizes customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations with a culture that promotes from within.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related event on driving record in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Learn the Enterprise Mobility business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and manage behind-the-scenes operations.
• Master knowledge to run a branch, cultivate new business and develop a team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring and support to succeed in the program.
